Thermal Insulation Cover for Safety Showers

This insulation cover is designed to reduce the impact of solar heat on safety showers, helping to lower stored water temperatures—especially in Australia’s hot and varied climate zones. While the cover helps protect the shower body, it's essential to also insulate the water supply lines—either via underground installation or thermal pipe covers—to maintain consistent water temperatures.

Made from durable, cross-linked closed-cell polyethylene foam (25 kg/m³) with a foil outer layer, the cover withstands temperatures up to 105°C. The kit includes a 2m length of 25mm thick foam, pre-cut into 220mm, 600mm, and 1200mm sections for easy fitting, plus a 5m roll of reinforced foil adhesive tape to seal the joins.
